Return Policy

The buyer has the possibility to refuse the ordered item within 14 calendar days after receiving the item and return the purchased item to the Online Store. The Buyer shall bear the costs of return at his own expense but the Seller shall not reimburse them.

In the event of a return, the charge for the item will be returned to the bank account specified on the refusal form, within 10 business days after the Seller has received the item, and only for the item in its complete and original packaging.

The Buyer must also return all gifts and free items received with the item purchased. If the Buyer has purchased a set of goods, he undertakes to return the entire set to the Seller.

If the Buyer refuse to receive the order, the Sellr will not refund delivery costs.

If the Buyer has received the defective product and the Buyer has not caused the damage, the Buyer shall be entitled to return the defective product and ask for its replacement or compensation for its value. In this case, the Seller shall reimburse the Buyer for the delivery costs related to the replacement of the item.

The Buyer is obliged to notify the Seller about receiving the defective product at the latest within 3 (three) business days from the date of receipt of the defective product. Otherwise, the Seller is entitled to refuse dealing with complaints and pay compensation.

If the Buyer has begun to use the Product, he / she hereby certifies that the Product is in conformity with the description and is non-refundable.

The Seller is entitled to refuse to accept the returned item if the refusal form is not filled out. Link to the refusal form
